Arafat Latif is a writer, educator, and lifelong learner. His passion lies in creating resources that empower people — whether that means deepening their understanding of Islam, learning how to invest ethically, mastering the English language, or immersing themselves in the world of fiction.
Arafat believes knowledge should be freely accessible, which is why most of his eBooks are provided at no cost. His work reflects a blend of spiritual depth, practical wisdom, and creative storytelling.
Beyond writing, Arafat runs projects that align with his vision of community benefit:
Dynamic Student Assessments (DSA) – subject-based assessments to help secondary school students (grades 6–12) measure and improve their academic performance.
Although writing since childhood, I started to write my own books back in 2010, with 16 years of writing experience I have written on a variety of topics and genres ranging from Fantasy, science fiction, childrens comic books, non fiction, investments, comedy and martial arts. I strongly believe that writing is one of the best disciplines to attain knowledge and mastery with effective story telling and communication. It is also the means by manifesting into existence what is in the heart to the world we live in.
I find writing to be a most enjoyable and productive work, and my aim in the next 20 years if I am given that much time and life is to write approximately 300 to 500 books, I usually complete one book within 6 weeks depending on time availability and inspiration and creativity. I practice in my time martial arts of taekwondo, tai chi, shaolin exercises and aim to be a black belt by the year 2029. I believe that martial arts and writing skills are aimed at improving oneself, personal development, becoming an effective fighter and enjoying health and wellness with the comedy of family life, business, travelling and martial arts.
I am married and have 1 son who I am trying to encourage to follow these beneficial activities, I also work with schools and support childrens development in English language learning, subject based assessments and within the next few months will be involved in teaching taekwondo to the schools in the city of Islamabad the peaceful green city, the capital of Pakistan.
I also work in the food business industry helping businesses with promoting and improving growth in the restaurants and also have written some books on investments where I personally invest on the PSX Pakistan stock exchange and also within private equity where possible. My favourite genre to write about is martial arts, comedy and also Islamic books where I aim to help muslims of any age understand the purposes of life, personal development through Islamic teachings and other above mentioned activities.
