There are three ayats of surah Al-Qiyama that are about how the revelation of the Quran was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. The angel Jibreel would bring the revelation reciting and the Prophet Peace be upon him would out of haste recite with Jibreel, so Allah SWT informed the Prophet peace be upon him that there are three criteria to memorizing, reciting and understanding the meaning of the revelation. Allah SWT said to listen closely attentively with careful consideration to the recitation of the Quran as how the angel Jibreel would recite the verses. So the first criteria is to listen carefully and attentively and Allah SWT would gather the revelation within the heart of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. The second criteria was to practice reciting exactly as to how the angel Jibreel recited the noble verses. By practicing the recitation what is gathered in the heart becomes firm and is strengthened by regular recitation as the Quran is easily escaped from heart when neglected. So regular recitation daily is required of what a person has memorized.
Then the third criteria of the revelation is that Allah SWT would explain and make it clear to the Prophet peace be upon him the meaning of the verses according to the context in which it was revealed and also what Allah SWT had intended and legislated and the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him would not speak about the meaning from his desires.
The meaning of the revelation of each verse according to what Allah SWT had intended and legislated so that these verses of the Quran could be understood and recited to purify the hears of people and the Prophet peace be upon him never held back any ayat of the Quran and recited and taught it to the people the proper recitation and meaning of these sublime noble verses so as to guide and purify the hearts of the people to make them sound individuals that governed their lives according to the book of Allah.
So listen, recite and try to understand the meaning of these verses of the Quran for they are the greatest wealth, this knowledge and wisdom is far greater treasure than anything else in creation.
