The Elusive Way to Charity – Rights of Family

It is highly recommended for every soul when they wake up to observe giving charity upon each joint within their body, what that means is that there are 360 joints in the human body and this requires a person that as soon as possible within the timescape of an hour they give charity upon this quantifiable level, meaning to say the tahleel, tamhid and the takbir or any similar charitable words like the Words of the Quran that they equate to moving each joint by qiyam, rukuh and sujood. With the most beneficial words that are in existence the words of the Quran. This giving of charity is a way of warding off the evil around a person, it removes harmful elements from their body and gives good wellbeing to the entire heart, emotions and physical and spiritual and all that encompasses wellbeing.

It is a command of Allah that a person spends in the way or the cause of Allah SWT, what this means is those that are poor must use what they can give in terms of quran, prayer and tasbih and those that are able to spend monetarily spend the above same as the poor people with the added beneficial and bonus of spending first and foremost upon their own family and then within their community. The family has more rights and every penny spent on wife and children or siblings or parents or any other person within the immediate and extended family have more rights that the ones in the community. After which if a person has excess wealth they spend on the community to those who are in need.

This creates love and affection amongst the people however there are conditions to which a person has to follow, for example the one giving charity must not remind or make people remember the charitable donation that he is giving, the reason for this is that it nulls and removes the blessings from giving charity and it also shows that a person is not sincerely giving for the cause of Allah. Rather is seeking to create dependency and also seek to be known as someone who is a sakhi a well generous person.

The other aspect that a person has to follow within this concept is to not bring harm to others through words or actions about their charitable giving. The reason for this is that they are looking for an advantage over the one being given and seek to also mock and cause corruption amongst the person and create a means for other people to laugh and jest over someone who is in a weak and financially difficult situation.

Both of these two aspects require that a person not show off about their generosity as they will be known and their reward will be perhaps only on this earth in terms of being known as someone who wants to provide for others wellbeing yet is insincere in their efforts as they seek to be known by their action rather than being elusive and unknown to the majority of people about their giving so that perhaps one day when the people realise that a beneficial or bounty has been removed from their lives, is because of the person being no longer there or passing away or death of someone who provided for each person within the community.

The different forms of charity can be beneficial knowledge, prepared ready to eat food, cold drinkable water or any other material or monetary benefit. This requires a person to remain elusive as possible and have humility and humbleness within their way so as to make the charity effective and that they seek the reward only from Allah SWT as it is the means by which Allah SWT will accept the deed and that the person will have no fear upon them nor will they grieve.

This is a reminder to all those philanthropists that perhaps it is better for you to seek the face of Allah as that will bring all the good that you have done in your life to remain and be accepted whereas those of any other way will only have the reward in this life and there is no share for them in the hereafter. All of their wealth will not save them nor benefit them if they do not seek the face of Allah.
