The exaltation and glorification of Allah SWT who is the most High, the greatest, the sublime the One who is perfect and worthy of all praise. This command is given to the people to remember and proclaim the magnificence and greatness of Allah SWT.
As Allah SWT created and perfectly fashioned everything with precise due measure and proportioned All accordingly meaning everything has been created perfectly with proper sound knowledge through the will of Allah SWT the created was proportioned with its inspired attributes accordingly. Such as how Allah SWT brings forth the green pastures causing them to grow and allowing after time for them to be reduced to withered chaff or dark stubble as it is part of the process of life moving from one stage to the next. This is similar to how people live, they will die and then be brought back to life as though new existence is formed just like the changing circumstances of the creation.
The command to recite the Quran is given so that a person does not forget what is in the hearts other than what Allah wills. The repetition and regular recitation of the Quran will bring a person towards retaining and maintaining the words of Allah SWT within the heart. And Allah SWT knows what is apparent and open and what is hidden. Whether a person openly acts and speaks in front of others in public or whether they are alone and keep to themselves what they hide of their lives, all is known to Allah SWT particularly what is in the hearts and minds of people.
Allah SWT facilitates the way to ease making the way of doing goodness easy into the aspects of a persons life meaning those with sincere good intentions and struggling in the cause of Allah seeking beneficial knowledge and reminding people with the Quran this will facilitate the way to ease and it will benefit, this reminder to those who are in awe and fear of Allah.
Those that are mindful in their lives towards Allah SWT will gain the benefit of the reminder of the Quran, whereas those who are most evil and wretched will not be able to gain the wisdom and benefit as they shun and reject the words of Allah SWT which is a reminder to people of glad tidings for the believers and a warning to humankind.
These wretched evil people who shun the Quran will burn in the kindled blazing fire that Allah has prepared for the evil doers. Where they will neither live nor die. A person that is evil will be in the torment of the punishments of the hellfire in which only when determined when Allah wills for some people they will eventually be caused to die and then places into the spring of life after serving their punishment and brought to life and placed in paradise. These are those who believed in Allah yet still acted in evil ways which caused them to enter the hellfire.
Successful are those who purify themselves who remember Allah often seeking his bounty and reward and praying to Allah exalting the name of the most high. But the people who deny only prefer the life of this world even though the life of the hereafter is far more rewarding and enduring. The example is the life of this world is like the wing of a mosquito which has no value and the hereafter is for eternity a place of most wonder, joy and bliss where perfection is in every aspect of life for eternity, whereas this life is full of trials, difficulties, suffering and is temporary. So choosing what is temporary over what is permanent is a great loss.
Allah SWT has mentioned time and again though out history to other prophets and messengers of Allah about the life of this world and the hereafter similarly to what is mentioned in the Quran and earlier scriptures that were given to Ibrahim and Musa upon them be peace. So exalt the name of the most high for this great favour of the Quran for Humanity.
