The Natural way to enjoy well being and better love amongst the environment which gives everything to a person
Particularly from the reason of rizq which is provided by the Creator Allah SWT
Inspired by:
Major General Abu Bakr Mitha (PA Special Services Group founder) — elite discipline and courage.
Khalid bin Waleed (RA) — spiritual and physical ferocity balanced by taqwa.
Khazda tribal endurance — natural resilience and minimalism.
Islamic sunnah and prophetic living — daily remembrance, balance, and humility.
—
Daily Regimen (Islamabad-based Routine)
Pre-Dawn (Tahajjud + Fajr Time — “The Soldier’s Dawn”)
0400 – 0600
Wake up before Fajr, make wudu mindfully.
Pray 2–4 rakahs of Tahajjud, then Fajr in Jama’ah (preferably mosque).
Dhikr & Qur’an recitation (30 mins) — start your day aligning heart and intellect.
Cold shower (Khazda method) — builds discipline, immune strength, and humility.
Truthful Humour:
Say to yourself before the cold shower, “I’m braver than my ancestors facing elephants — this is just Islamabad water.”
—
Morning Physical Training (SSG / Tribal Discipline)
0600 – 0730
Warm-up jog: 3–5 km (Margalla trail or around F-9 Park)
Bodyweight circuit (Khazda + SSG fusion):
50 push-ups
50 sit-ups
20 pull-ups
50 squats
20 burpees
Repeat twice
Weapon substitute drill: Use a wooden stick or training bar — simulate sword/spear movements for precision and shoulder endurance.
Breathwork (Dhikr-inspired): inhale “Allah”, exhale “Hu.” It calms the nervous system and reminds you why you train.
—
Midday (Dhuhr – “The Scholar’s Discipline”)
1200 – 1400
Pray Dhuhr on time.
Light meal — lentils, bread, dates, yoghurt (simple and sustaining).
Mental Training (1 hour):
Read 10 pages of Qur’an with tafseer or a military biography (Khalid bin Waleed, Abu Bakr Mitha, or Salahuddin).
Write a reflection on one ayah or one life lesson daily — helps link strategy with spirituality.
Short nap (Qailulah, 20–30 mins) — Prophet ﷺ recommended this; enhances focus.
—
Afternoon (Asr – “The Builder’s Hour”)
1600 – 1830
Functional Strength/Skill Training:
Pick one practical discipline daily:
Climbing / rope work (once a week)
Swimming (once or twice a week)
Parkour / obstacle course
Shooting range or archery (Sunnah & tactical)
Martial arts (Krav Maga, boxing, or Taekwondo)
Asr Prayer outdoors if possible — reconnects with nature.
Truthful Humour:
When you get tired, remember: Khalid bin Waleed fought 100+ battles — and you’re fighting gravity with a pull-up bar.
—
Evening (Maghrib & Isha – “The Heart’s Regrouping”)
1900 – 2130
Maghrib Prayer + gratitude journal (3 things thankful for)
Dinner — balanced: grilled protein, vegetables, olive oil, fruit.
Light walk (15–20 mins) — reflect under the sky of Islamabad.
Isha Prayer
Read 1 page of Seerah or a hadith book before sleeping.
Sleep early (2200) — soldiers and believers rise early.
—

Principles of “The Path of Mitha”
1. Discipline is Dhikr in motion — every push-up or breath counts as remembrance.
2. Train like Khalid, think like Mitha, pray like Abu Bakr (RA).
3. Eat from the earth, not from the packet.
4. Laugh truthfully — even warriors smiled. Remember the Prophet ﷺ joked truthfully, never deceitfully.
> Example: He once told an old woman she wouldn’t enter Jannah — then smiled and said, “because you’ll enter young again.”
5. Face hardship with humour and sabr. When tired, smile and say, “Alhamdulillah, this is cheaper than therapy.”
6. Keep your circle small, loyal, and God-conscious.

Times Off / Recovery
Friday after Jumu’ah: social and spiritual rejuvenation.
Sunday after Asr: family, laughter, reading, or service.
Ramadan: adjust intensity; focus on night prayers, light training.
Illness or injury: rest is also an act of trust in Allah (SWT).
Allahuma inna asaluka Al Afiya
O Allah I ask you for Afiya
