Letters make words and the feeling behind each word and the Qadr of Allah.
The visit to Brother Jawad is really rewarding, everytime I have a talk with him I remind myself and this reminder benefits the believers. As the 11th of November was half way through its midst, I found myself arriving after asr prayer to brother Jawads perfume shop. After the greetings we talked about the Qadr of Allah. How everything we choose is according to the Qadr of Allah.
There is an ayat of the Quran talking about the people of Jannah and the people of the hellfire
How Allah SWT has created upon this earth people who are made for Jannah and people who are made for hellfire
The tafsir of this ayat tells us that the companions asked the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him if Allah SWT has made people for Jannah and people for hellfire then what about our actions where does that place ourselves.
The Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said that it is true that Allah SWT has created the hellfire and Jannah and has created people for Jannah and people for hellfire, the correct understanding is that Allah SWT makes it easy for those people by doing that which is good to make them enter into Jannah, and Allah SWT makes it easy for those people that wrong others and do bad that makes them enter the hellfire.
So it is dependent on what is in the hearts of people. Those that seek to do good will be rewarded with Jannah as there are many saints in each land and as long as they are upon the oneness of Allah and believe in the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, they will enter Jannah as Allah will make their choices and ways easy for them to do more good that will bring them into Jannah.
Similarly, those that are evil and wrongdoers and commit oppression and injustice their choice Allah SWT will make it easy for them to carry on making more problems and wrongdoing that which is evil and bad until they enter the hellfire.
Some people are not able to repent or return to the path of Allah that leads them to Jannah. So to know what is in the heart of people listen to their words and the feeling behind their words.
Anyway this is the Qadr of Allah and the divine decree is such that when a person accepts that it is the will of Allah then they will feel no sorrow no depression no anguish as they will know that whatever is given is a gift from Allah for example children and it is Allahs choice if Allah SWT takes that child back to him, so knowing this a person will feel sad and grieve but after three days and reconciling with the fact that Allah SWT is the one who is Qadir over everything than a person realises and knows that ultimately it is Allahs choice and we have to be content with that decision.
Similarly, everything that we choose and act upon is the Qadr of Allah and it just shows that man has no actual will to do as he pleases for there are consequences, there are truths and there are those that seek the knowledge backed by truth. Meaning that everything that happens on earth is due to what is in the divine decree and we are responsible for what happens to ourselves and our families and friends. Therefore, we have to be highly responsible, honest and trustworthy with the Islamic values just look at the surah asr for basic understanding of having belief doing righteous actions encouraging others to truth and patience otherwise every person will be in loss.
The root letters have more understanding and power than the words that are made from the fundamental building blocks of words their meaning and the feeling behind those words. As the letter meem in Arabic when spoken brings together what is attached to that letter for example ummah is a collection of a lot of people as in the ummah of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, or the word Umm which means mother is the all-encompassing complete attributes of a mother such as love kindness, mercy, forgiveness, and many other qualities that are instilled within a mother.
Now to look at the word Allahhuma it is the word Allah and the letter meem in Arabic which shows all the attributes and qualities of Allah that we know of and that which we do not know of. This makes the beginning of darood sharif state that all these qualities whether it is forgiveness, mercy, love, richness, mighty, powerful, strength etc and all that we know of and do not know of with regards to the Creator Allah SWT then it is why it makes seeking the complete attributes and knowledge of Allah and to send these blessings, barakah, peace, mercy, love, forgiveness to elevate the name of Muhammad peace be upon him and his family and the name of Prophet Ibrahim peace be upon him and his family. That every muslim on earth states and sends these great qualities to the two Prophets peace be upon both of them and their families. That is why seeking Allahs knowledge and wisdom is better than using one specific attribute like rehman which is still great but the name Allah is the greatest name of the Creator of all that exists.
Therefore seek Allahs mercy, forgiveness and bounty or knowledge and to act upon this knowledge with the words of Allahuma so that you can attain all the aspects of the qualities of Allah that are required and able to make a person perform that which is good and the right actions as often as possible even if it is as small as giving away half a date to protect yourself from the hellfire and make it easier seeking the beneficial knowledge of Islam which Allah SWT than makes it easier for a person to enter Jannah.
Ask for Afia as this is one of the most powerful and beautiful attributes of protecting a person from the trials of this life and the hereafter and most of all a person is forgiven and placed into Jannah.
I ask Allah for beneficial knowledge and to act upon this knowledge.
