The Unseen, the Prayer, and the Rizq.

The unseen, the prayer, and the rizq. There are many aspects of the unseen that we know of from prophetic guidance and what is written in the Quran.

The unseen is a part of the test of every person, to see whether they believe in what they have been informed about through the Quran. The first parts are about belief in Allah, whom no one of creation has seen. This belief in the existence and certainty of Allah is where most of humanity fails the test.

The believers, once they have faith and certainty of the existence of Allah, have to also observe the prayer at its appointed times, an opportunity that is not supposed to be missed—a minimum of five times a day. Then, from their provision, they spend in the cause of Allah: on their family, community, the poor, the traveler, the orphan, the widow, and those who are required to be supported by Allah from among the people.

These three characteristics are from some of the basic aspects of being under the guidance of Allah, as spoken by Allah in the first five Ayats of Surah Baqarah. This guidance is only established by Allah, and for the God-conscious and those mindful and fearful of Allah. This brings into one’s life decency, humility, humbleness, and the knowledge that from one prayer to the next, one has to be upon the guidance of Allah by remembering Allah as often as possible.

Being connected and knowing that preparation for the day of decision is essential, a person has to be ready from one prayer to the next, as no one knows when their last breath will be taken. So, upon the firm faith and certainty of the existence of Allah, prayer observed at its earliest appointed times, and spending from their halal provision upon family and the needy, as already mentioned, the unseen is where everyone is working their way towards.

They will know the reality of the truth and also what is decreed for them for what their own hands and words have earned.
