The fun way to getting better at fighting your self
The thought of wushu is entirely a pattern that disciplines the one that practices for any moment, even in sleep one might find that they kick the better-half awake while you continue to dream.
All the various forms of Chinese martial arts are found within the philosophy of the cultivation of oneself and is a demanding lifestyle that makes a person well balanced, disciplined, respectful and holistically continues to improve themselves on a moment to moment basis just like when it’s time to have dinner and the better half says patience is required particularly if you want the chef to be the waiter while you think it’s a piece of cake which is not even on the menu.
This requires physical mastery with strong mental and moral way that brings the entire work done to be able to harmonise and balance the entire aspect of the part of creation which consistently requires a person to manage both parts that make the complete aspect of the entire being one, also this is the moderate path or balance that has to be applied otherwise the majority of practitioners will not only lose heart but fall out practice due to the knowledge and the art that requires steadfastness.
The harmony and balance is the equilibrium that makes one naturally adroit and can also create the means by which opposing forces such as soft, hard, fast, slow and high and low with stances the makes the body and mind spiritually heartened between a person, the environment and nature or the unnatural world that requires society to adapt to particularly different cultures and behavioural experiences that are based on the fight and the process of attaining a person to be able to master themselves just like when the order of the day is given for a bowl of peanuts and instead a wok is presented to the better half idea that the jump to the conclusion is usually retaliated with regrets and remorse over the order that was adapted to bring some time that results in one realization that there is a deep meaning and reason to each person’s own way. And that makes the change more adept at bringing one to know that the heart sometimes requires moral foundation which is superior to the art of wushu.
The martial morality that is embodied within the wushu philosophy includes virtues of deed particularly humility, sincerity, courtesy, integrity and trust along with virtues that require mental fortitude such as courage, patience, perseverance, willpower and self-control, these basic and many more aspects guide the practitioner towards morality being first and the guiding value which is followed by the physical training of wushu.
Wushu is a path to psychophysical perfection and self-realisation not just a set of fighting techniques. The practice involves embodying wisdom and cultivating internal balance with clear mental ability. This clarity that is achieved is the state of the practitioner that through the use of various forms, stances and movements with breath and agility achieves to bring the person to be on his balanced form to expect that which is part of the unknown that makes itself known through the part of life that is future unknown but realised aspects as though some situation or action is going to occur.
The art of wushu or any martial art requires breathing exercises with mediation which enhances performance, endurance and overall health that makes the cultivation of vital energy or known as Qi to be well maintained at all levels possible.
The Wushu Lifestyle
The wushu practitioner spends his entire life not just physically training and committing to self-cultivation and personal development as a healthy way of living it involves a deep insight into oneself knowing the aspects that bring beneficial knowledge to implement in the form of correct right attitude as though the practitioner has already acquired everything within the world as he has a safe place to wake up and enough provision for himself and family, with clothing and shelter.
The rest of the development is entirely on bringing a person to achieve levels of far beyond not just knowledge through meditation studying the creation but also realising that a person can bring to the community a sense of wellbeing and through practice of the martial arts be able to enjoy bringing up the family and elevating people to new heights with the aim of ensuring that all life, property, lineage, wealth and the way is protected so that society can improve and benefit from the family unit to the community level. Just like a martial artist that sends the message to the better half that the order of the day with regards to nourishment is best prepared with devotion to the heart that love is particularly necessary for without which there is no life. Sandwiches are no replacement for noodles but what can one say to the order of the day when you get what she wants and there is no other way.
The rigorous and disciplined training the practitioners engage in includes strength, flexibility, coordination, and stamina exercises, alongside mental focus and mindfulness practices. This intense discipline builds resilience and perseverance that translates to daily life. Just like when a person has to ensure maintaining a fire fueled energetic consistent yet controlled and totally beneficial way that translates into a complete day spent on exercises of the above nature that brings small amounts of rests in between with the use of intelligence that makes the practitioner into a styled well-disciplined and forbearing person much like a soldier that has to battle for days on end till the victory is granted in the form of the struggle that achieves righteousness, as a wise man said it is against the struggle of that which is ill behavior that a person responds with goodness that brings righteousness into their lives.
Very much like fighting against the enemy that is trying to destroy life, lineage, property, wealth and the way and also against fighting the whims and desires of the self that make a person weak and where there is delight there is woe particularly if it is not in conformity with that which is true and proper very much like the fight against those that bring immorality and lack of virtue to the life of people. This is why the struggle against the self is a greater struggle than the physical fight against the enemy yet both have virtue and require the above characteristics of a disciplined lifestyle that the wushu practitioner has to maintain moral strength and psychophysical endurance for achieving victory. So being religious is very much required just like the one that says I do not work if there is a Friday that week.
The practitioner must have deep respect and etiquette for other fellow students and also for the teachers as all beneficial knowledge that is learnt requires an approach to being humble and like an empty vessel that can absorb and fill itself with the wisdom that the teachers are able to impart to the students. A student cannot excel ahead of the teacher in terms of beneficial knowledge because everything that the student learns is from the teacher and this gets credited to the teacher for every good word and action the student performs, even when it is entirely independent or self-discovered by the student the means are still because of the teachers training to unlock those aspects of the Oneness of the Creator that provides all beneficial knowledge to both teacher and student and the word, actions, wisdom and respectful etiquettes that are developed are entirely part of the process as the training is the mastery and the teacher becomes the student and the student becomes the teacher yet we are all students of the knowledge that is from the Oneness of the Creator.
The journey of continuous learning is the time and effort spent in mastery of self-discovery as the process or the training the journey and the efforts made the time spent learning is where through repetition of continuous battle brings the kung fu aspect to perfection and requires dedication and steadfastness which builds a holistic approach to wellness, improving heart health, physical strength and flexibility which reduces stress and brings sharp focus and concentration that makes the practitioner enjoy the journey which a person is rewarded for by being upon the Oneness of the Creators way of life that brings the person to cultivate that through moral and upright behavior will prepare the person for the meeting and the standing for accountability for the entire life spent in the struggle and cause for the One that is based on justice and fairness through proper moral and right life style of wushu the practice makes the one realise that he does not suffer from insanity he loves every minute of it.
